We pride ourselves on starting as a community built to increase people’s enjoyment and engagement with running in all it’s forms from Park Run to the world’s hardest run races. Running provides a lot of athletes with social time and we look to grow this through a network of runners throughout the UK. Run groups in various regions, team focused races around the country from XC leagues to the major marathon events offer a chance to for busy people to use digital and real world means to grow their fulfillment through running

Coaching

Offer a range of run coaching services for all abilities of athletes from professional to novice and from short distance to ultra-marathon distance racing. We are a UK based online coaching specialist utilising the latest technology to provide “real” coaching through digital platforms along with face to face time whenever possible. We pride ourselves on ensuring that all of our athletes are treated as individuals offering a bespoke environment and structure to enable them to achieve their personal goals, be that finishing their first race through to elite level performances and finish times

We appreciate the demands of balancing modern day life so our flexible approach ensures that you maximise the hours you are able to dedicate to your training.

What we offer

Here at Total Run Training we are able to offer the ultimate run training programme: from daily workouts tailored to you, to unlimited contact with your coach by email and telephone, as well as nutritional and body conditioning advice. We offer online strength and conditioning workouts with our coaches as well as virtual webinars with sport industry leading professionals. We run various training days throughout the year as well as a number of training camps (both in the UK and abroad) that are designed to educate, push our athletes forward and also to have a great time doing it!

Chris Standidge – Performance 5k to Marathon

Chris is the founder and still Head Coach to our sister brand Total Tri Training. He was worked with many athletes from across the board wanting to improve either single sport performance or in multisport.

Kirsty Walker – Intermediate – 5k to Ultra

Kirsty started her running journey in 2016 after becoming a Mum and wanting to find some fitness, soon working her way through many races, increasing the distances until she was entering into the ultra-marathon scene in 2018

Tom’s personal preference is the half marathon and marathon distance for the pure challenge, and the fine line of pacing. Tom is the co-founder and coach of Total Strength Endurance helping athletes unlock more athletic potential through bespoke strength and conditioning
